So, I’m extremely happy that Cheryl fell right into my lap. I was put into a situation where I needed to move quickly, but I didn’t ever want to rent again. It was like Cheryl had known me forever. She showed me several homes that I really liked, and that were in my budget. Once I settled on the “one”, she was off. She negotiated, badgered, and basically took care of everything. I never had anything to worry about, because she was always there. I truly would recommend Ms. Cheryl to anyone. She’s a great realtor who ended up being a great friend.
